IN TOUCH – RELATIONSHIPS, EMOTIONAL WELLBEING AND SEXUAL HEALTH DROP-IN (no referral needed)
Young people can come to EdShift @ The Youth Base on Fridays 3:30 – 5pm, for access to free condoms, sexual health tests and advice and guidance around their relationships and emotional wellbeing. They will be offered a listening ear, and space to discuss anything that’s on their mind by one of our trained professionals.
SPOTLIGHT (referral needed)
121 sessions for children and young people exposed to domestic abuse. We use arts-based approaches to equip children with the skills and confidence to keep safe and promote their wellbeing. 6 sessions for 4–12-year-olds, 8 sessions for 13–16-year-olds.
THE NEST ART THERAPY (referral needed)
121 sessions with a qualified Art Therapist for children and young people who have been exposed to domestic abuse. Space to explore emotions, using creativity as a form of expression and materials as tools for communication.
