I am proud to serve as Chair of Trustees at EdShift and have supported the organisation since its early development. From the beginning, I was inspired by EdShift’s mission to ensure that children and young people affected by domestic abuse are seen, heard and supported.
Professionally, I am a purpose-led creative partner and founder of Grinning Graphics, where I specialise in branding, web design and digital services for mission-driven organisations. Throughout my career, I have worked with charities, social enterprises and values-led organisations to help them communicate their purpose, strengthen their identity and increase their impact.
I am passionate about the wellbeing of children and young people and strongly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to feel safe, express themselves and build positive futures. EdShift’s creative and trauma-informed approach resonates deeply with me, particularly its use of the arts to help children process difficult experiences and find their voice.
As Chair, I work closely with the Board and CEO to provide strategic leadership, strengthen governance and support the organisation’s continued growth. It is a privilege to serve alongside such a dedicated Board and team as we work towards a world where every child is seen, every child is heard, and no child affected by domestic abuse is left to navigate trauma alone.
