I am proud to serve as Chair of Trustees at EdShift and have supported the organisation since its early development. From the beginning, I was inspired by EdShift's mission to ensure that children and young people affected by domestic abuse are seen, heard and supported.

I joined EdShift because I believe real change happens when you mix passionate people with practical skills. Throughout my career worldwide, I’ve learned that true empowerment isn't just about getting through a tough time—it’s about giving people the right tools to take control of their own lives.

Jane Brady

I am passionate about safeguarding and domestic abuse, at both a professional and personal level. My professional experience and focus have been in safeguarding for many years.

Helen Jones

I was one of five children brought up through difficult times by my Mum. We experienced poverty, stigma, and unfortunately abusive situations also. These experiences affected my aspirations around education and I left school at 16 and moved away soon afterwards.
