I have spent my career creating opportunities for children and young people to learn, grow and believe in what is possible for their future. My background spans education, curriculum development, museums, employability and strategic partnerships, but throughout every role my focus has remained the same: helping young people and children feel seen, heard, supported and enabling access to reach their own version of success.
Before joining EdShift, I worked across schools, local government, higher education and the cultural sector, leading programmes that brought together educators, communities and employers to improve opportunities for young people. I am passionate about working collaboratively with schools, families and professionals to create meaningful, lasting change.
EdShift’s values resonate deeply with me. I feel privileged to be part of a team that combines creativity, compassion and evidence-based practice to support children affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. Every child deserves to feel safe, valued and hopeful about their future, and I am proud to play a part in helping make that happen.
